There was a moment during the noise of a busy Thanksgiving day that I drew near to my Dad, closed my eyes, and escaped into my silent world.
It was there, in that place where the soul speaks the loudest, that I felt the closest to my father.
Somehow, in the middle of this fiery trial of cancer, I felt perfect peace. It only lasted a moment and a word was never spoken. Any word uttered would have felt disrespectful.
I needed that moment.
I pray for healing! Jesus, please come!
Minister healing to our soul.
