I am praying for your parents. They both have meant a lot to my family over the years they have been at TPC. If they need anything while they are in Houston, please let me know. I work right across the street from MD Anderson at UT. Love ya'll - Kristi Garsee

Bro.Jeff,

I will certainly join with you for your dad. Unfortunately, I know first hand how painful it is to watch a parent fight so hard & lose strength. I also know God is able to do abundantly above all we can ask or think. Tell your father I still think about the message he preached at the transition service. That was an awesome message & we still have some of the oil (even after anointing our home, cars & the cabin).
This is one of my favorite scriptures - "I know the plans i have for you'", declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you & not to harm you, plans to give you hope & a future". Jeremiah 29:10,11

Hey I will definitely be praying for you dad. I will fast on Aug. 20 with you. I strongly believe in the power of prayer and fasting. I know its hard when someone you love so much is battling a difficult illness. My 90 year old grandmother passed away in June. The last year was hard watching her suffer from heart failure, but I knew the Lord was there all the time.

Jeff, We have been and will continue to pray for your dad, We love him so much. He has been our earthly link to salvation for many years. What a wonderful Paster he is! Alma and Pete
